isGreaterThan() Rule

The following snippet implements a business rule that returns true if a given form element value contains a value greater than the passed in value, false when it is less than the passed in value. Specify the form's name in formName and the element's name in elementName.
This is a codebehind method and doesn't require anything in the xhtml markup.
